We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Dora Larsen pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original branded box or biodegradable mailer, ensuring all original labels and hygiene strips are securely in place.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
